Estos Términos rigen el uso de los servicios que los restaurantes independientes ofrecen a sus clientes a través de Convive ("Convive", "nosotros") — incluyendo nuestro concierge de inteligencia artificial, las reservaciones, la lista de espera, y los asistentes de mensajería y voz. Al escribir, llamar o interactuar de cualquier otra forma con un restaurante a través de Convive, usted acepta estos Términos.
El servicio
Convive le permite a un restaurante contestar sus preguntas y manejar reservaciones por canales como SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, llamadas de voz y la web. Las respuestas pueden ser generadas automáticamente por inteligencia artificial. La información como horarios, disponibilidad y precios la provee el restaurante y puede cambiar; una reservación queda confirmada solamente cuando usted recibe una confirmación.
Consentimiento para recibir mensajes
Cuando usted le escribe o llama a un restaurante a través de Convive, consiente a recibir respuestas y mensajes transaccionales relacionados (como confirmaciones y recordatorios de reservación) por ese mismo canal. Pueden aplicar cargos por mensajes y datos. Para SMS y WhatsApp, responda STOP para no recibir más mensajes o HELP para ayuda. No usamos estos canales para enviarle publicidad sin su consentimiento.
Uso aceptable
- Use el servicio solamente para fines lícitos y para interactuar de buena fe con el restaurante.
- No envíe contenido ilegal, abusivo, de acoso, fraudulento o dañino.
- No intente interrumpir, sobrecargar ni acceder sin autorización al servicio.
Reservaciones
Las reservaciones, las entradas a la lista de espera, los depósitos (si los hubiera), los plazos de cancelación y las políticas relacionadas las establece cada restaurante, no Convive. Le pedimos que respete las políticas del restaurante; el restaurante es el responsable de cumplir con su reservación.
Privacidad
Nuestra Política de Privacidad explica cómo manejamos su información. Al usar el servicio, usted reconoce esa política.
Sin garantías
El servicio se provee "tal como está", sin garantías de ningún tipo. Las respuestas generadas por inteligencia artificial pueden ser inexactas o incompletas en algún momento; por favor confirme con el restaurante los detalles importantes. No garantizamos que el servicio funcione sin interrupciones ni sin errores.
Límite de responsabilidad
Hasta donde la ley lo permita, Convive no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes que surjan del uso del servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación relacionada con el servicio se limita a la cantidad que usted nos haya pagado por él, que para los clientes normalmente es cero.
Contenido que suben los restaurantes
Los restaurantes que usan Convive pueden subir imágenes y textos (por ejemplo, el arte de un evento). El restaurante declara que tiene derecho a usar ese contenido y es el único responsable de él; Convive lo muestra en su nombre y puede retirarlo si recibe un reclamo válido de derechos de autor en jon@conviveconcierge.com.
Contenido generado por inteligencia artificial
Las respuestas del concierge son generadas por inteligencia artificial y pueden contener errores o imprecisiones. La confirmación de una reserva es la que emite el restaurante; ante cualquier duda sobre horarios, alergias o disponibilidad, confirme directamente con el restaurante.
Ley aplicable y disputas
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales de San Juan, Puerto Rico, salvo que la ley aplicable disponga otra cosa.
Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. Publicamos la versión actualizada aquí y cambiamos la fecha de "Última actualización" que aparece arriba. Si usted continúa usando el servicio después de un cambio, entendemos que lo acepta.

These Terms govern your use of the guest-facing services that independent restaurants provide through Convive ("Convive," "we," "us") — including our AI concierge, reservations, waitlist, and messaging and voice assistants. By messaging, calling, or otherwise interacting with a restaurant through Convive, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Convive lets a restaurant answer your questions and manage reservations across channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, voice calls, and the web. Replies may be generated automatically by AI. Information such as hours, availability, and pricing is provided by the restaurant and may change; a reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation.
Messaging consent
When you message or call a restaurant through Convive, you consent to receive replies and related transactional messages (such as booking confirmations and reminders) on that channel. Message and data rates may apply. For SMS and WhatsApp, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not use these channels to send you marketing without your consent.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and to interact with the restaurant in good faith.
- Do not send unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Reservations
Reservations, waitlist entries, deposits (if any), cancellation windows, and related policies are set by each restaurant, not by Convive. Please honor the restaurant's policies; the restaurant is responsible for fulfilling your reservation.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using the service you acknowledge that policy.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; please confirm important details with the restaurant. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which for guests is typically zero.
Content restaurants upload
Restaurants using Convive may upload images and text (for example, event artwork). The restaurant represents that it has the right to use that content and is solely responsible for it; Convive displays it on the restaurant's behalf and may remove it on receipt of a valid copyright complaint at jon@conviveconcierge.com.
AI-generated content
The concierge's replies are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. A reservation is confirmed by the restaurant; for anything that matters — hours, allergies, availability — confirm directly with the restaurant.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
